It is

located on Xuantian Ridge in Chuanying District. It was first built in the 19th year of the Guangxu reign during the Qing Dynasty (1893). It is the site of a fort built in the late Qing period to resist Russian invasion. The structure consists of the fort itself and an ammunition depot, and the foundations are relatively well preserved today.
