The Laoshantou Tomb Cluster is a cultural heritage protection unit designated by Jilin Province.

The Laoshantou Tomb Cluster is located in Laoshantou Village, Daobao Town, Taobei District, Baicheng City. It is classified as an ancient tomb site dating back to the Neolithic Age.

The Laoshantou Tomb Cluster is among the seventh batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units.

Daobao Town: Daobao Town (Daobao Zhen), located in Taobei County, Baicheng City, Jilin Province, has the code 220821105. It covers an area of 213.79 square kilometers and has a population of 15,341. The town administers seven villages. It is named after its location at the seat of Daobao. The area was initially developed and inhabited by Mongolians during the 34th year of the Guangxu Emperor’s reign, when people mainly made a living through nomadic herding and hunting. In the early years of the Republic of China, a large number of Han Chinese migrated to the region, leading to the gradual establishment of more settlements.
