Bahu Mountain is situated at the junction of Kangping County and Faku County. The northern slope of the mountain lies within Xiguantun Township of Kangping County. The mountain runs in an east-west direction as part of the Yiwulü Mountain Range, has an elevation of 382.1 meters, and spans an area of 8,000 hectares. It is located 90 kilometers from Shenyang, the provincial capital, and 30 kilometers from Kangping County. The southern slope of Bahu Mountain is relatively gentle, while the northern slope is steeper. The mountaintop is flat and expansive, covering an area of approximately 8,000 square meters. The mountain is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including deer, rabbits, and eagles, as well as hundreds of medicinal herbs such as ginseng, along with abundant mushrooms and wild vegetables. At the foot of the mountain lies an artificial reservoir. Lush green trees cover the mountainside, while clear streams flow at the base. Bahu Mountain has a long history that embodies both ancient and modern civilizations. To the southeast of the mountain lies the tomb of a Qing Dynasty princess, while to the southwest stands the mausoleum of Prince Senggelinqin. There are also numerous natural attractions such as Tumenzi, Dumuguan, Shen Gui Zi, Suolong Well, and Sanqing Palace. With well-developed infrastructure, the mountain attracts visitors from both within and outside the province every year.

Xiguantun Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Kangping County. In 1947, it was divided between the Sixth and Ninth Districts; in 1956, it came under the administration of Fangjiatun District and Fangjiatun Commune in succession. In 1961, Xiguantun Commune was established; in 1984, it became a township, and in 1986, it was restructured as the Mongolian and Manchu Ethnic Township. Located in the southwestern part of the county, it is 32 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 86 square kilometers, it has a population of 15,000. The township administers 11 village committees: Xiguantun, Xiaoxintun, Jiangjiagou, Biantaizi, Wangshanbao, Daguanning, Daxintun, Donggou, Huangangzi, Luojiatun, and Heishan.
