Daliao Shengshi Commercial Street, also known as the Liao Dynasty Style Street, is located on the west side of Central Park in the new urban area of Kangping, adjacent to the museum and bordering the Wolong Lake Natural Scenic Area.

The terrain is higher in the east and lower in the west, with the street running from east to west. It is just 1 kilometer from the central area of Kangping County and 120 kilometers from downtown Shenyang. The Daliao Shengshi Commercial Street project was designed by the Architectural Planning and Design Institute of Shenyang Jianzhu University. Centered around Liao and Jin culture, it serves as a key supporting facility for the Wolong Lake Scenic Area. The site covers a total area of 6.3 hectares, with a total investment of 150 million yuan and a total commercial leasable area of 24,884.9 square meters.

Leveraging the natural resources of Wolong Lake and through in-depth exploration of Liao and Jin culture, the Daliao Shengshi Commercial Street explores the development direction of Kangping’s cultural tourism, gathers regional cultural elements, enables seasonal offerings, and integrates ecological and humanistic landscapes. Coupled with a mid- to high-end cultural and leisure commercial zone, it creates a “Kangping Cultural Tourism Product Brand” that combines sightseeing, cultural leisure, entertainment, wellness, and outdoor experiences. Its commercial positioning and rich cultural content will provide both residents of Kangping and visitors across Liaoning Province with a destination to experience Liao and Jin culture.
