Liaoning TV Tower is located at No. 1 Caita Street, Heping District, Shenyang City, situated by the picturesque South Canal. Standing 305.5 meters tall, it was completed in 1989. The Liaoning TV Tower is a multifunctional modern high-rise that integrates broadcasting and television transmission with tourism, sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. It is one of the iconic landmarks of Shenyang City.

The tower's observation deck is built between 187–215.5 meters, with a maximum diameter of 43.9 meters. It features a revolving dance hall, a sightseeing hall, and an open-air observation platform. The dance hall is equipped with high-end professional sound systems and modern dance lighting. The restaurant boasts a fresh, luxurious, and uniquely designed interior, allowing guests to dine while enjoying the view. The tower can accommodate up to a thousand people for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. From the top, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the city of Shenyang.
