Dalian Nanshan Tourism Culture Street

Dalian residents refer to the Japanese-style street as Nanshan Tourism Culture Street. It is located in the eastern part of Dalian (Nanshan), within the area enclosed by Qiqi Street, Jinan Street, Wanghai Street, and Shanlin Street. Dalian Japanese Culture Street is situated in a prime location in Dalian and is one of the city’s key tourism projects. Covering an area of 11 hectares, the street stretches 700 meters and features over 120 villas, making it a grand-scale development meticulously constructed in various global villa architectural styles.

The culture street houses public leisure venues such as Japanese restaurants, hotels, tea ceremony houses, performance theaters, flower shops, bookstores, coffee shops, and tourist shops. All commercial infrastructure on the street is imported from Japan and arranged according to Japanese planning concepts. The entire district offers mature, intelligent, and leisure-oriented living amenities; the building coverage ratio is kept below 20%–25%, while green coverage exceeds 30%. With a total investment of 400 million yuan, the overall layout highlights Japanese cultural characteristics and aims to create a representative historical and humanistic residential environment. It was developed by Dalian New Enterprise Group.
