The former site of the British Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation is located at No. 61 Yuguang Street, Zhongshan District. On June 28, 2013, it was included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.

Protected area: A 5-meter zone extending outward from the outer base of the main building’s exterior walls.

Construction control zone: A Zone IV construction control area extending 15 meters beyond the protected area.
