The former site of the Soviet Consulate is a municipal-level cultural heritage site in Dalian.

The former site of the Soviet Consulate is located at No. 2 Lu Xun Road, Zhongshan District. On June 28, 2013, it was included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.

Protected area: A 1-meter zone extending outward from the outer base of the main building’s exterior walls constitutes the protected area.

Construction control zone: None.
