The former site of the Kwantung Governor-General's Post and Telecommunications Bureau is a cultural heritage protection unit of Liaoning Province.
The former site of the Kwantung Governor-General's Post and Telecommunications Bureau is located at No. 10 Zhongshan Square, Zhongshan District. On June 28, 2013, it was included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.
Protected area: A 5-meter zone extending outward from the outer base of the main building’s exterior walls.
Construction control zone: None.
