Dalian Minghu Ski Resort is currently the largest ski resort in southern Liaoning and one of the highest-standard tourist ski resorts in China to date. The ski area spans 120,000 square meters. It includes one advanced slope, 950 meters long with a vertical drop of 130 meters and an average gradient of 22 degrees; one mid-to-advanced slope, 320 meters long with an average gradient of 11 degrees; one intermediate slope, 280 meters long with an average gradient of 10 degrees; and two beginner practice slopes, each 100 meters long with an average gradient of 8 degrees. The resort also offers a practice area, snow tubing tracks, snowmobile trails, horse-drawn sleigh trails, and other recreational facilities. A “Fairy Tale Snow Kingdom” themed snow play area will be launched, featuring a variety of entertainment options suitable for both adults and children.

All ski equipment at Minghu Ski Resort is from France’s Fischer, the world’s leading brand. The resort’s two drag lifts, a 640-meter-long aerial lift, and a 100-meter-long escalator are equipped with the most advanced international technology, including the escalator which is imported directly from Austria. The resort uses American “Super Snowmaker” snow cannons to produce snow using water from a natural lake. Thanks to the purity of the lake water and the advanced atomization technology, the snow produced is of high quality and slow to melt. To enhance the Fairy Tale Snow Kingdom theme, the resort has also created a 40,000-square-meter snow play area equipped with snow tubing, horse-drawn sleighs, snowmobiles, and other fun snow activities.

Minghu Hot Spring is located 500 meters from the Paotai exit of the Shenyang-Dalian Expressway, 85 kilometers from downtown Dalian, and is Dalian’s first five-star hot spring. The 2,000-square-meter hot spring garden includes 18 open-air hot spring pools such as original broth pools, herbal pools, children’s pools, and uniquely shaped swimming pools. Supporting facilities include an experience area, self-service restaurant, children’s play zone, leisure hall, private lounges, beauty salon, tea room, book bar, therapy center, and a children’s play zone.

Over 90% of the ground in the hot spring garden, apart from the pools, is decorated with various types and colors of real plants, creating an immersive experience that makes guests feel as though they are in a spring-like natural environment all year round. The second-floor rest corridor also features a unique scenic pool. Standing by the pool, visitors can gaze at both the pool water and the waters of Minghu Lake, creating a breathtaking scene where the water and sky blend seamlessly. Here, one can truly feel the grandeur of merging with nature. Dalian Minghu Hot Spring is a super composite hot spring rich in multiple minerals. With a water-themed concept, the resort encompasses four main areas: hot spring soaking, wellness center, cinema, and swimming pool. Through floor-to-ceiling tempered glass, visitors can soak in the hot springs while admiring the snowflakes falling outside, offering a unique experience of “soaking in the snow.”
