A high-altitude sightseeing trip in Xindian is entirely metro-accessible. Visitors can get off at “Xindian District Office Station,” walk to the Shitoushan hiking entrance on Binlang Road, and complete the hike up Shitoushan and Daxiangshan in about two hours. After descending, exit the hiking trail and walk along Zhongxing Road toward Xindian Metro Station to reach Guangming Temple.
After visiting the temple, you can return home from Xindian Metro Station or take a bus toward Wulai to continue your journey.
