The General Stone Tourist Resort is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The General Stone International Tourist Resort is situated in Bohai Village, Xi Yang Township, Wafangdian City, and spans 10 square kilometers. It is a comprehensive leisure outdoor sports resort featuring hot spring hotels, sailing and windsurfing bases, yacht docks, mountain off-roading, international equestrian events, a seascape ski resort, wilderness camping, golf, beach entertainment, ecological flower gardens, fruit picking, fishing, a medicinal herb valley, and more. With rich tourism resources, the resort continues to improve its infrastructure and service quality while constructing various outdoor and extreme sports bases. Through our efforts, we aim to get more people involved in outdoor sports, relieve the pressures of fast-paced urban life, enjoy life, and embrace enthusiasm. We want more friends to experience the outdoors, engage with it, make it their own, and become true outdoor sports enthusiasts.

• The ski resort has a snow-making area of over 40,000 square meters;

• The ski resort is divided into beginner/intermediate, intermediate/advanced runs, a snowboard park, and a tubing track, and is equipped with world-leading rolling magic carpets for convenient guest enjoyment;

• The tubing track is 260 meters long, making it the longest and most thrilling tubing track in the Dalian area;

• Cable car project: The cable car is 400 meters long, with an elevation difference of 100 meters on the intermediate/advanced runs and a length of 600 meters;

• The General Stone Seascape Ski Resort has purchased brand-new world-class ski equipment from “NORDICA” and “ATOMIC.”

• Existing recreational offerings include ski runs, tubing, and a children’s snow play area.

To meet the needs of more enthusiasts and the development of snowboarding, the General Stone Seascape Ski Resort has specially built the largest snowboard park in Liaoning Province. The run is 500 meters long, with one 6-meter and one 8-meter jump, and 10 snowboard obstacles. Designed and installed by a top domestic design company, it can host medium-sized extreme snowboarding competitions.

The General Stone Hot Spring Hotel is one of the functional areas of the resort, consisting of the main building, Japanese-style row houses, European-style villas, and Russian-style wooden cabin villas. It is a comprehensive leisure resort hotel integrating dining, guest rooms, villas, a hot spring club, conferences, and banquets.

Among them, three luxury sea-view row villas in the hotel were exclusively designed by world-renowned designers, featuring unique styles and added charm, with 24-hour butler service that highlights exclusivity. There is also a cozy and comfortable villa area tailored for family vacations, comprising 54 villas and 80 units, making it a perfect choice for family holidays, corporate gatherings, and small parties.

The hot spring club was planned and designed by Nisshin Planning Co., Ltd. (a Japanese-owned enterprise) with the theme of “ocean, health, and ecology.” The project covers a land area of 10,000 square meters, with a construction area of 14,000 square meters and supporting landscape areas spanning 16,000 square meters. Various uniquely styled outdoor independent hot spring pools are nestled within. The first floor includes: the hot spring reception lobby, a shopping area, men’s changing rooms, indoor and outdoor specialty pools, a sauna plaza, and a buffet restaurant. The second floor includes: women’s changing areas, a children’s water play zone, a children’s playground, a spa area, and a large swimming pool. The third floor includes: a rest lounge, massage rooms, a cinema, an internet café, and a billiards room. The fourth floor includes: guest rooms and a chess and card room. This has become an ideal destination for those seeking a quality lifestyle and healthy entertainment.

The General Stone International Equestrian Club is the city’s first private horseback riding training facility. It not only has professional equestrian instructors and a full range of equestrian gear, but also offers horses of various breeds, as well as professional riding arenas, field riding areas, and visitor sightseeing zones.

To allow children to have close contact with small animals, the club has introduced German miniature ponies for kids to ride. Spring and autumn are the best seasons for horseback riding—riding energetically under mild, warm weather across open fields allows you to feel the boundless charm of nature. The club also provides large and small carriages along with dedicated horses for wedding photography shoots, and can even host grassland weddings to fulfill the dreams of couples becoming prince and princess.

Since its completion, the General Stone Water Sports Center Base hosted the preliminary and final rounds of the sailing and windsurfing events at the 12th National Games of the People's Republic of China in July 2013. In May 2014, it hosted the highly influential 'Chengda Cup' sailing and windsurfing competition. In September of the same year, it was chosen as the starting point for the Around-the-Sea Cup Sailing Rally.

The water sports center is also the only water training base designated by the National Sports Bureau in northern China. It is also equipped with top-tier Canadian-made Bombardier motorboats, inflatable boats, kayaks, wakeboards, single-, double-, and triple-hulled sailboats, and luxury yachts, where you can enjoy the ultimate speed and excitement of water sports. The center’s venues and water facilities are open to the general public, and it can also serve as a wedding photography site—an exceptional location not to be missed.

The General Stone Mountain Off-Road Club owns brand-new, purely American-imported Polaris UTV Razr 1000 and Razr 800 models, as well as Italian single-soldier off-road tanks. Amidst the thrilling and passionate driving, you’ll overcome numerous obstacles and enjoy the unrestrained thrill. To provide all enthusiasts with the most comprehensive experience, the General Stone Off-Road Club has hired a top design firm to create a diverse, multi-terrain off-road course and forest-crossing track, allowing all fans to experience world-class off-roading.

General Stone sea cucumbers are harvested entirely from the General Stone sea area. Nestled between mountains and sea, the area boasts beautiful scenery, a pleasant climate, and seawater with an average temperature of 12.1°C (highest 25°C, lowest 1°C). The tidal range is 1.5 to 2 meters (maximum 4 to 4.5 meters). Salinity is vertically consistent, averaging 30‰ to 32‰, with rich nutrients. These objective conditions provide the optimal environment for sea cucumber growth and reproduction, ensuring the nutritional content of General Stone sea cucumbers. The area features a 10-kilometer-long deep-water coastline, with water quality meeting China’s Class II seawater standards, and is abundant in high-quality seafood such as sea cucumbers, crabs, shrimp, and jellyfish.

General Stone is China’s largest producer of dried small shrimps, accounting for about 70% of the national annual output. With mild sunlight, distinct monsoons, and ample sunshine, the area provides the best growing environment for dried small shrimps. Their bodies are crystal clear and translucent, offering you a taste of the ocean’s deliciousness. Dried small shrimps are highly nutritious, especially rich in calcium—earning them the title of “calcium warehouse,” and are an affordable and excellent source of calcium. With original export-grade quality and eco-friendly processing techniques that preserve nutrients, they are an ideal high-calcium choice for babies, pregnant women, and the elderly.

Agricultural specialties in the General Stone region include sweet potatoes, peaches, and apples. Due to the influence of climatic and soil conditions (sandy soil), the sweet potatoes grown here are spindle-shaped, with red skin and yellow flesh, smooth and unblemished overall, and offer a delicate, sweet, and crisp texture. Owing to their unique growing environment, General Stone sweet potatoes contain a variety of nutrients needed by the human body, especially rich in lysine—which rice and flour notably lack. They are also anti-cancer stars, with their efficacy scientifically proven among all anti-cancer foods and promoted worldwide.
