I. Introduction to Dalian Jialebi Hot Spring Resort Hotel

Dalian Jialebi Hot Spring Resort Hotel is invested and constructed by Hengrunfeng Real Estate (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

The planned construction area of Dalian Jialebi Hot Spring Resort Hotel is 23,400 square meters, including 11,400 square meters for villas and 12,000 square meters for the hotel, with a total development investment of 400 million yuan. The core concept of the hotel is the integrated application and display of three types of water resources: geothermal (hot spring water), seawater, and freshwater.

Dalian Jialebi Hot Spring Resort Hotel offers 237 various guest rooms/suites, four meeting rooms of different sizes, and five SPAs. It is equipped with large-scale children’s entertainment facilities, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot spring soaking pools, as well as recreational facilities to meet the diverse vacation needs of guests. The Water Culture Center and 33 villas have been completed. The Water Culture Center began trial operations on August 16, 2015. After opening, it can accommodate over 500 visitors daily, provide jobs for more than 100 people, and generate annual tax revenue of over 2 million yuan.

II. Introduction to the Natural Leisure Health Sand Bath Beach

Natural Leisure Health Sand Bath Beach Project: This project is invested and built by the Wafangdian Xianyüwan Wuhuan Cultural Tourism Service Center. With a total investment of 20 million yuan and a planned area of 10,000 square meters, the project is currently in trial operation. It can accommodate 300 tourists simultaneously and at least 1,000 visitors per day.

III. Construction Status of Xianyüwan National Marine Park

The marine environment around Xianyüwan Town is excellent, with abundant resources including islands, marine life, forests, wetlands, and cultural heritage. The tourism industry system is well-developed. It is a national AAA-level tourist attraction, receiving 1 million visitors annually and generating an income of 50 million yuan.

After several years of effort, the infrastructure is now relatively complete. The design and application process has been entrusted to the Marine Environmental Monitoring Center of the State Oceanic Administration. It has passed the provincial expert review and is expected to pass the national review in October.
