Xiangzhou Wine Culture Park

The World Wine Culture Park is located in the northeastern loop area of the resort. It serves as the production base for both baijiu (Chinese liquor) and red wine by the Xiangzhou Group. Here you’ll find ancient large-scale baijiu cellars covering an area of 110,000 square meters.

Xiangzhou Distillery was established in 1996, covering 200 mu, with a baijiu fermentation workshop spanning 12,000 square meters, over 1,200 fermentation pits, and an annual production capacity of more than 3,000 tons. It now boasts a technical team composed of nationally certified senior tasters and master brewers. The distillery mainly produces multi-grain strong-flavor baijiu and sesame-flavor baijiu. It is the only processing base in the Dalian area with its own distillery, using entirely traditional mud pits for fermentation. The sesame-flavor baijiu is hailed as the “No. 1 Aroma in the Northeast,” having won a gold award from the Ministry of Light Industry, and is the designated wine for the Dalian Summer Davos Forum.

The resort also features a 2,000-mu vineyard. Its self-produced wine won a gold medal at the 5th Asian Wine Competition and is currently being sold across various provinces and cities in China. In the future, the vineyard will also include a self-picking area for visitors to harvest grapes themselves.

The World Wine Culture Park also includes a World Famous Wines Corridor, bringing together numerous distinctive venues such as the China Famous Liquor Gallery, Wine Workshop, Korea Pavilion, Japan Pavilion, Wine Materials Pavilion, Western Distilled Spirits Pavilion, Beer Pavilion, Bordeaux Wine Château (France), Spanish Winery, California NAPA Winery, Australian Winery, and Portuguese Winery. These venues showcase world-renowned fine wines, allowing visitors to taste, purchase, and even participate in the winemaking process.
