Fulong Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Fulong Temple, located west of Xifo Town in Tai’an, is a sizable Buddhist temple in the area. The grand temple gate proudly displays the three shining characters “福隆寺” (Fulong Temple). Beside the gate stand tall flagpoles, and the vermilion walls exude an antique charm. The temple is majestic and magnificent, with a serene environment, vividly colored paintings, evening drums and morning bells, and the distant fragrance of incense. It welcomes worshippers with its sincere faith and rich cultural heritage.

Fulong Temple was first built during the Zhengde era of the Ming Dynasty and has a history of over 400 years. Having endured many trials and periods of prosperity and decline, it was approved for reconstruction by the Anshan Municipal People’s Government in 1994. The rebuilt Fulong Temple consists of the Mahavira Hall, the Chanting Hall, the Ksitigarbha Hall, the Heavenly King Hall, the Bell and Drum Towers, and the Prajna Building.
