The Yingkou County Liberation Struggle Memorial Hall is a cultural relic protection unit of Yingkou City.

The Yingkou County Liberation Struggle Memorial Hall is located on the southern slope of Panlong Mountain in Zhanqian Community, Qinghua Subdistrict Office, Dashiqiao City. It commemorates the revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the liberation of Yingkou.

The predecessor of the Yingkou County Liberation Struggle Memorial Hall was a shrine built by the Japanese. After Japan's surrender in World War II, their shrine also vanished into thin air. The revolutionary martyrs who shed their blood and laid down their lives for the liberation of the Chinese people will forever be revered by the people in the Yingkou County Liberation Struggle Memorial Hall.

On both sides of the south-facing gate of the Yingkou County Liberation Struggle Memorial Hall, couplets are inscribed on the gateposts: “Only heroes can drive away tigers and leopards; no brave souls fear bears and boars.” Granite steps lead straight to the front of the hall. Inside, the front section is an exhibition room, and the rear is a memorial chapel. The exhibition room houses over thirty types of revolutionary relics, including rifles, pistols, watches, commemorative medals, and name seals. The walls display portraits of martyrs such as Song Guang, Ding Juan Yi, Na Xue, Li Xu, and Zhang Fuju. In 2004, the Dashiqiao Civil Affairs Bureau relocated the portraits and relics of the martyrs to the Martyrs' Cemetery.

In 1984, the Yingkou Municipal People's Government (Ying Zheng Fa [1984] No. 108) designated the Yingkou County Liberation Struggle Memorial Hall as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit. The cultural relic protection scope and construction control zone announced by the Yingkou Municipal People's Government (Ying Zheng Fa [1990] No. 38) are as follows: with the memorial hall as the center, the protection scope extends north to the south side of the Harbin-Dalian Highway, and 30 meters east, west, and north; the Class I construction control zone extends an additional 30 meters east, west, and north beyond the protection scope.
