Every summer, the lavender fields in Oishi Park by Lake Kawaguchi burst into bloom. With 100,000 flowers spreading out like a huge purple blanket, the view is incredibly soothing.

In mid-June, the Kawaguchiko Herb Festival is also held, taking place around the lakeside area including Oishi Park and the nearby Yagisaki Park. Additionally, the “Mount Fuji 0-Meter Spring Water & Herb Festival” will be hosted at the spring water site by the lake, promising an enjoyable experience.
