Located in the shopping district of ShinYi Fubon Department Store, Breeze Songgao remains bustling even after the mall closes at 10 PM. A newly opened restaurant in the basement, Master of Seafood & Steak, creates a new dining hotspot in the Xinyi District. It offers not only a stunning three-tiered seafood tower but also choices of steak and desserts.

Master of Seafood & Steak is a brand-new concept created by Dachuan Hotpot, originally a seafood wholesaler. Open from 11:30 AM until late at night, it serves everything from refined lunches and afternoon tea to dinners and even late-night drinks. In the evenings, there are also live singers or DJs to keep the atmosphere lively.

The restaurant’s signature dish is a three-tiered “Seafood Tower” made with the freshest crabs, king crab legs, Boston lobsters, oysters, and more—all from their own supply. Another highlight is the “Oyster Toast,” featuring South African raw-grade fresh oysters and quail eggs in a delicate broth.
