The Japanese-style building of the Shenyang Track Maintenance Machinery Division Command Post is a cultural heritage site protected by Yingkou City and a classic red tourism attraction.

The Japanese-style building of the Shenyang Track Maintenance Machinery Division Command Post is located in Zhanqian Community, Qinghua Subdistrict, Dashiqiao City, 50 meters north of the Dashiqiao Railway Station square, within the compound of the Dashiqiao Command Post of the Shenyang Track Maintenance Machinery Division.

Built in the 1930s, the building originally housed the administrative and general affairs departments of the South Manchuria Railway and was used as office space. It has an L-shaped layout, a gabled roof with tiled covering, and is constructed from brick and stone. The building features arched wooden windows — there are four rooms running north-south, measuring 11.6 meters in length and 7 meters in width from east to west, with two windows and one door each. The east-side annex room runs 12.3 meters north-south, with seven windows and one door. The door is 2.9 meters high and 1.3 meters wide, while the windows are 1.1 meters wide and 2 meters high. The original appearance has been well preserved. Since its completion, the building has continuously served as office space. It is currently used by the Dashiqiao Railway Station and remains an office facility.

In 2012, the Yingkou Municipal People's Government (Ying Zheng [2012] No. 173) designated the Japanese-style building of the Shenyang Track Maintenance Machinery Division Command Post as a municipal-level cultural heritage site. The cultural heritage protection area and construction control zone defined by the Yingkou Municipal People's Government (Ying Zheng [2013] No. 185) are as follows: with the outer wall of the Japanese-style building of the Shenyang Track Maintenance Machinery Division Command Post as the reference point, the protection area extends 5 meters to the east, south, and north, and 10 meters to the west.
