The 14th Shenzhen High-Tech Fair was held from November 16 to 21, 2012, at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Themed "Promoting Technological Innovation and Enhancing Development Quality," the fair featured six major sections: High-Tech Achievements Trade, High-Tech Special Products Exhibition, China Hi-Tech Forum, super-SUPER Special Events, High-Tech Intellectual Exchange, and an Everlasting Exhibition. At this year’s event, the Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau for the first time deployed the F50 quadcopter drone system independently developed by AEE Technology to conduct aerial surveillance, security patrols, traffic monitoring, and opening ceremony aerial photography within the convention center area, drawing widespread media attention and coverage.

As the scale of the High-Tech Fair continues to expand, public safety efforts face significant challenges. The F50 quadcopter drone system, independently developed by AEE Technology, features automatic takeoff and landing, flight path navigation, and real-time video transmission. Equipped with a 170-degree ultra-wide-angle 1080P HD camera, it enables remote operation and real-time image transmission over long distances. During the fair, the F50 system patrolled surrounding traffic conditions, monitored traffic flow over the exhibition venues from the air, and transmitted real-time traffic data to the Shenzhen Traffic Monitoring Center, improving the efficiency of traffic management by police and ensuring smooth traffic during the event.
