In 2014, the International Hotel Management Association (IHMA), in light of the current state of training and certification in China's hotel industry, once again partnered with Xianzhi Hotel Industry Education and Training Network. Building on its authoritative professional qualification certification for elite talent in China's hotel industry, it introduced an enterprise certification system based on job competency standards. This international hotel industry certification mechanism, which exceeds China's national standards, is used to accredit hotel enterprises and management companies.
