Shenzhen Himalaya National Professional Staff Training – Shenyang Station Concludes Successfully

The third stop of Shenzhen Himalaya’s Professional Staff Training Program has successfully concluded in Shenyang. Professionals from outdoor retail stores across northeastern provinces, store managers, and local outdoor sports enthusiasts gathered to learn about specialized gear knowledge together. The “Professional Staff Training Program” is a long-term, open training initiative launched by Shenzhen Himalaya to enhance the outdoor expertise of retail staff. In response to the common demand from outdoor retailers for improved store professionalism and higher staff proficiency—but hindered by a lack of systematic training and exchange platforms—Shenzhen Himalaya, which specializes in distributing professional outdoor products, promptly introduced this training course. Following its launch in Beijing in 2013, multiple training sessions have been held in North China, East China, and Northeast China. It is reported that the next stop of the “Professional Staff Training Program” will be held in South China.
