WTC More World Trade Centre presents the “Purple Aura Brings Blessings” New Year installation from now until March 5. To align with the theme of traditional Japanese calligraphy, Ms. Shishu selected her classic folding screen work -- “Rotating Blessings Painting” as the design concept and theme, creating an elegant Eastern-style yet artistically poetic Japanese garden scene, wishing every household abundant happiness. Ms. Shishu also pointed out,This timewe have specially selected “The Rotating Hundred Blessings Painting”as the highlight of the exhibition.The key feature of the work lies in its use of“Fugu” (the Japanese transliteration of pufferfish)whose Japanese pronunciation is the same as“Fuku” (the Japanese transliteration of “blessing” or “happiness”)which means happiness..She believes that both Chinese and Japanese people value blessings highly, and hopes to send good wishes to Hong Kong people through “The Rotating Hundred Blessings Painting,” wishing everyone a prosperous new year. Another important reason is that “The Rotating Hundred Blessings Painting” not only carries auspicious meanings but also fully showcases her unique style that blends traditional Japanese ink painting with modern Western art.

Additionally, to allowthe publicto experience a broader artistic creative space, from February 13 to March 5, Ms. Zi Zhou will break through the traditional two-dimensional framework by using the twelve continuous auspicious pufferfish from the original painting of “The Rotating Hundred Blessings Painting,” along with the Japanese and Chinese characters for “blessing (福),” combined with innovative technology. These will be projected onto the glass screens of the “Happiness Fills the Courtyard” area in WTC More World Trade Centre using high-definition interactive video projection technology, bringing to life a variety of brightly colored and uniquely styled pufferfish. The screen also features interactive functions—simplystand in front of the screen, and the pufferfish will spit out the character “福” (blessing)from their mouths as a form of blessing,symbolizinga prosperous and abundant new year filled with happiness.

In the “Purple Qi Coming from the East to Welcome a Hundred Blessings” New Year installation, the elegant garden symbolizing “happiness filling the courtyard”isfilled with Japanese architectural style.It features an elegant and noble gold tone as the main theme, blended with modern glass materials, showcasing an aesthetic concept that harmonizes tradition and contemporary style. The traditional courtyard is infused with a sense of the times. Sails laden with abundant harvests adorn the garden, adorned with boat sails bearing the Chinese character "Fu" (blessing), symbolizing a fortunate new year and auspicious sailing ahead, as well as implying prosperity and smooth sailing in the coming year.
