The spring breeze of 2015 has awakened the "giant dragon" that had been dormant by Dongli Lake all winter. Riding on the spring wind mixed with the scent of fresh grass and earth, this winding and spiraling 1200-meter "giant dragon" is about to take flight.
This "giant dragon" is the wooden roller coaster "Fjord Flying Dragon" located in the Santa area of Tianjin Happy Valley. On March 16, the outdoor area of Tianjin Happy Valley – the large outdoor amusement facilities in the Viking Harbor Zone and the Santa Zone – will be open to visitors. The Fjord Flying Dragon, the longest and highest single-track wooden roller coaster in China, is about to "take off," giving visitors the thrilling sensation of flying through the sky and diving into the earth. Adjacent to the Fjord Flying Dragon, the multi-dimensional rotating Big Windmill will also start spinning. The Viking ship in the Viking Harbor Zone will set sail "fully loaded" with passengers. Plus, the massive Mjolnir Hammer, Soaring Over the Sky, and Tidal Wave will all send riders swinging and tumbling in excitement.
