SINA Sports News (China, Shenyang) — On November 24, 2015, the second national stop of the large-scale national skiing public welfare series event for the 2015–2016 snow season, the "I Want to Ski" Training Camp (hereinafter referred to as the "I Want to Ski" Training Camp), was grandly held at Shenyang GuaiPo International Ski Resort. The "I Want to Ski" Training Camp will hold 18 skiing training events in 12 provinces and cities across the country during the 2015–2016 snow season, primarily concentrated in the ice and snow resource-rich regions of North and Northeast China, while also covering Northwest, Southwest, and Central China, actively responding to the call to "get 300 million people on the snow."
Mr. Hui Chenlong, General Manager of Beijing Jiuzhou Jianxun Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Gao Huali, General Manager of Wohaisen Group, and Mr. Chen Jie, General Manager of Shenyang GuaiPo International Ski Resort, attended the Shenyang GuaiPo Station event of the "I Want to Ski" Training Camp for the 2015–2016 snow season. A total of 50 lucky beginners from Shenyang were selected from the numerous applicants on the official website, WeChat, and Weibo of the "I Want to Ski" Training Camp to participate in this session. The age range of the participants was mainly between 18 and 40 years old, including 27 male and 23 female participants. Among these lucky individuals, 10 participants chose to challenge snowboarding even though it was their first time trying skiing. Through the careful guidance of instructors, they went from knowing nothing about skiing to successfully skiing down the slopes, greatly igniting their enthusiasm for the sport. Many expressed their intention to continue participating in skiing activities.

After a brief opening ceremony, the camp flag handover took place, where Mr. Hui Chenlong, General Manager of the "I Want to Ski" Training Camp organizer, handed over the camp flag to Mr. Chen Jie, General Manager of Shenyang GuaiPo International Ski Resort. The flag handover marked the official launch of the Shenyang GuaiPo Station training camp. In addition, Wohaisen Group provided clothing sponsorship for the Shenyang GuaiPo Station training camp.
Shenyang GuaiPo Ski Resort is located within the GuaiPo AAAA-level scenic area, surrounded by mountains and vast forests to the northeast of Shenyang.
