6.During walks, whenever there’s a suitable break, it’s recommended to loosen your shoelaces to let your feet relax and breathe—especially in damp areas, where proper rest is even more important to prevent swelling.
7. When resting at night, if conditions allow, you can give your feet some“cold and hot therapy”: soak your feet in cold water for one minute, then in hot water for three minutes. Repeat this cycle four times, and finish with a final soak in cold water.
8. Ifyou’ve already developed blisters on your feet, first sterilize a needle with alcohol, then gently prick the edge of the blister—but avoid going straight in to prevent piercing the skin underneath. Next, squeeze out the fluid, apply an antiseptic, and finally wrap it with a medical gauze bandage.
