      The Book Sharing Event of "Alone on the Wall"

      Alex Honnold(Alex·Honnold), a world-renowned climber and master of free soloing, has set numerous big wall free climb records that remain unchallenged or unrepeated to this day. He also holds multiple speed climbing and link-up records on big walls, and has been recognized by the Piolets d'Or, known as the”Oscar of the climbing world,”for his achievements in alpine climbing. He focuses on what he loves most, and together with other adventurers who share the goal of pushing human limits to the boundaries of imagination, he brings countless interpretations to the spirit of exploration.

In 2017, this book finally came to China — "Alone on the Wall", specially recommended by [Kendal China], [Babel Culture], and [CITIC Press Group].

      The sharing event invited Qiao Jing and Li Zan to discuss with the audience the impact and reflections that "Alone on the Wall" and Alex brought to them.Through the different perspectives and focal points of the two translators,the audiencecould more easily and comprehensively understand Alex’s story and the book "Alone on the Wall".

After the sharing event, the two translators signed copies for audience members who purchased the book.
