On July 22, the 18th-anniversary “Companionship with You” summer-themed celebration event at Shenzhen Xiaomeisha Ocean World officially commenced.
With the deafening sound of gongs and drums, the festive tunes played by the spirited ceremonial parade team of the anniversary celebration pierced the skies above Ocean World, igniting the joyful anthem to commemorate its 18 years of growth. This was followed by a captivating parade dance led by Snow White and Elsa, where gorgeously dressed noble princesses and elegant, dashing gentlemen danced together; there were passionate waltzes, cool street dances, heartfelt ballroom dances, and grand group performances. Hilarious and adorable clowns, along with mysterious magicians, performed ocean-themed magic tricks live on stage, delivering a truly spectacular visual feast. The on-site visitors were highly enthusiastic, with children cheering and tugging at their parents’ hands, following along all the way and constantly asking to take photos with the beautiful princesses. The adorable water-drop mascots of Ocean World were especially loved by visitors, with many children refusing to let go once they hugged them—truly, the cutest babies drawing other little ones in, making everyone want to run away with them.
The “Parent-Child Runway Show” on the Ocean World anniversary main stage made dreams come true. Many visitors brought their children to sign up for the competition on-site. The kids, wearing bikinis, held their parents’ hands and walked confidently onto the stage, striking various adorable poses. Some parents commented that the holiday happened to coincide with such a rare stage opportunity for their children to gain experience. Usually, they don’t spend much time with their kids, but this time they got to participate together, strengthening their bond and helping the children grow a lot. Ocean World grows with you, providing a stage in life and growing together with you.
There were also highly meaningful photo opportunities at the “Handprint Wall,” the fun “Dart Throwing” game, and the nostalgic “Postcard Message” activity, allowing Ocean World visitors to fully enjoy the hands-on fun of the summer anniversary events. It was truly a trip well worth it.
