At 5:45 AM Beijing time on July 23, 2017, all 10 members (Tan Yu, Wang Yuan, Mingxing, Zhao Zhiyuan, Feng Shixi, Hu Yiting, Xu Tianning, Wang Huixian, Zhang Shunyu, Zhang Ranhao) of Groups A and B and 3 coaches from the 2017 Beihang University Lingfeng Society Mountaineering Team reached the summit of Banchijian Peak, situated in the remote Bipenggou Tourist Scenic Area of Li County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, at an altitude of 5,430 meters. All team members have now safely descended to the base camp and are expected to return to Chengdu in the evening. With this, the 2017 summer mountaineering expedition of the Beihang Lingfeng Society has been successfully concluded.
