High-Level Forum: Discussing the Future Together
As China fully enters a moderately prosperous society and the country relaxes its two-child policy, youth education and training over the next decade is a topic of widespread public interest. With its diverse scenarios and activities, camp training subtly cultivates various abilities in youth such as physical fitness, observation, creativity, and willpower. Known as a "school without walls," it plays a strong complementary role to traditional family and school education. Beyond its educational function, as an industry that combines outdoor sports and tourism leisure, the camp industry has received significant national attention in recent years.
With bright prospects for industry development, this forum gathers distinguished experts. Senior professionals from the industry, along with elites from the media and academic circles, will attend the roundtable forum on “The Current State and Needs of China’s Camp Industry Development,” offering insights and clarifications for practitioners. Following the roundtable, keynote speeches on topics such as “Interpreting China’s Camp Industry Policies,” “How Camps Can Achieve Win-Win with Government,” and “Investment Trends in the Camp Industry” will follow, sparking ideas and sketching blueprints for the future development of the industry.
Five Major Themed Activities: Learning Through Fun
Hiking Adventure,Young campers participating in this activity will move as a group. During this not-too-long journey, they will learn the essentials of mountain hiking and practice stretcher rescue techniques. But the most important lesson is that they will learn to encourage and help one another along the way, strengthening their team spirit.
Rock Climbing Experience,In this segment, campers will have the chance to experience the charm of rock climbing, known as the “ballet on the cliffs.” Scaling up and down the rock wall enhances overall strength and flexibility. Beyond the sport, campers can challenge themselves, improve their willpower, and free their minds and bodies.
Jungle Exploration,As the “lungs of the Earth,” jungles hold abundant treasures and also provide an excellent environment for children’s growth and exercise. In the jungle section, we have prepared engaging exploration activities that allow children to immerse themselves, improve physical coordination, overcome fear, and build trust with their peers.
Specific activities include: learning knot-tying techniques; high-altitude rope descent; slacklining and tree climbing.
Orienteering Treasure Hunt,As a form of children’s orienteering, the treasure hunt emphasizes both mental and physical skills. Children can enjoy the fun of the activity while connecting with nature, enhancing their athletic and map-reading abilities, building confidence in analyzing and solving problems, and improving communication through cooperation.
Competition and Exchange: Growing Together
During the camp conference, we’ve also prepared competition segments such as the Outdoor Comprehensive Skills Race and the Speed Relay Rock Climbing Race. We hope these competitions allow campers to showcase the skills they’ve learned during the conference and deepen friendships and mutual progress through friendly rivalry.
