At this sharing session, the Namibia Tourism Board specially invited travel expert Zhang Luning, who gave a detailed introduction to his experiences traveling in Namibia. After the session, Teacher Zhang became the go-to person for questions, as everyone was full of curiosity about this magical land.
The video shown at the event featured Teacher Zhang’s travel experience in Namibia with "Thirteenth Prince" Yuan Hong!
Teacher Zhang said this sharing session was the most unique experience he’d had. In the past, he would either tell stories while looking at photos or speak on his own. But this time, he shared while videos were being played — something very special. Watching the video brought back memories of the moments he experienced, and our members listened attentively, with some even taking careful notes!
[Namibia’s Latest Visa Policy] The official partners of the Namibia Tourism Board, NWR and NTB, also introduced us to local wildlife and distinctive accommodations. They also shared an important update: the latest visa policy now includes expedited visa services, with eligible applicants potentially receiving their visas within 24 hours. Sounds like a true “go anytime” destination, right? As a globally renowned travel destination, Namibia’s unique natural landscapes, surreal desert-sea scenery, abundant wildlife, and luxurious boutique hotel experiences attract an increasing number of Chinese tourists every year. With its safe social environment, well-developed tourism infrastructure, and warm, attentive service, Namibia has become the best choice for travelers seeking an authentic African experience.
It must be said, the high temperature that day made even those in short sleeves feel a bit stuffy — let alone the staff dressed in thick bird costumes, who stayed at their posts throughout, fulfilling everyone’s photo requests and occasionally helping liven up the atmosphere. When the grand prize was drawn, the name of the staff member dressed as the Duoduo Bird was called first. He humbly offered the chance to another member in the audience, but unexpectedly, someone else wrote the Duoduo Bird’s name again — so it seemed the universe had given him a second chance. Amidst the applause of the crowd, the Duoduo Bird staff member won the ultimate prize: a set of Africa’s Big Five shot glasses. The afternoon full of joyful memories ended with everyone signing the Duoduo banner for a group photo!
