The outdoors is that other reality beyond concrete and steel. It’s where you can release stress, feel relaxed and joyful; where you can capture fleeting moments and emotions in your camera, and even years later, they’ll still feel vivid.

The 2019 Asia-Pacific Outdoor Show offers a stage for you—those who love photography and the outdoors. From June 20 to 23, at the Asia-Pacific Outdoor Show in Nanjing International Expo Center,the Asia-Pacific Outdoor Photography Exhibitionwill be held. We look forward to seeing the outdoors through your perspective and sharing that thrilling moment of connecting with nature.

2019 Asia-Pacific Outdoor Photography Exhibition

The 2019 Asia-Pacific Outdoor Show will feature an outdoor photography exhibition area onsite, bringing the stunning beauty of nature back to the urban jungle.

Submission Scope

Outdoor sports, outdoor portraits, flora and fauna, geographical landscapes, natural weather phenomena, and other content that meets the requirements of outdoor adventure photography.

Submission Requirements

Please submit electronic original works. Each participant may submit up to 10 photos, with each photo titled and accompanied by a written description.

Content should be positive and uplifting, must not violate the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, must not breach public order or good customs, and must not include vulgar, obscene, or pandering material.

Inviting experienced photographers and others to conduct open and transparent screening; all works are anonymized during the selection process.

● The exhibitor is the sole copyright owner of the submitted work.

● The organizing committee of this photo exhibition shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the portrait rights of the exhibited or award-winning works. All disputes related to the submitted works shall be borne by the exhibitor.

● Exhibitors must submit their works within the specified time frame. No submissions will be accepted after the deadline.

● The organizer has the right to use the selected works for display at the 2019 Asia-Pacific Outdoor Photography Exhibition, as well as for the production and printing of advertisements and other promotional materials (non-commercial) featuring the submitted works.

Now, we are actively preparingthe 2019 Asia-Pacific Outdoor Exhibition Photography Competition,aiming to provide more exhibition opportunities for photographers and allow more visitors and exhibitors to discover the details and touching moments of the event.

The 2019 Asia-Pacific Outdoor Exhibition Photography Competition plans to collect photos of: the Asia-Pacific Outdoor Exhibition venue, booths, forums, performances, competitions, lectures, public classes, and other content related to the exhibition.

Planned Award Categories

First Prize (1 winner): Prize worth 5,000 RMB and a certificate

Second Prize (2 winners): Prize worth 2,000 RMB and a certificate

Third Prize (4 winners): Prize worth 1,000 RMB and a certificate

Finalist Award (10 winners): Prize worth 400 RMB and a certificate
