The construction process involved backfilling 6.5 million cubic meters of mining pits, planting over 500 varieties of native Hainan plants, and restoring 80,000 square meters of ecological wetlands, with a total investment exceeding 500 million yuan to create a new urban landmark of Hainan characterized by dappled tree shadows, lush greenery, egrets nesting, and birds singing melodiously. Meanwhile, the park has also attracted various waterfowl, including the nationally second-class protected animal, the egret, to make their homes there.
