A 35-year-old female hiker was climbing the No. 10 Sacred Tree Area of Beichapianshan Mountain in Fuxing Township, Taoyuan County this (30th) afternoon when she accidentally slid down a slope. Police and firefighters arrived at the scene to conduct a search and rescue operation. She was found at 5:14 p.m., suffering from a fracture and multiple bruises, and was urgently sent to hospital for treatment.
