The Zhu Zhangzi Mashan Cave Site is a cultural tourism attraction.

The Zhu Zhangzi Mashan Cave Site is located on the northern hill of Zhu Zhangzi Village, Bian Zhangzi Township, approximately 10 kilometers northwest of Chaoyang City. Mashan Cave is a limestone karst cave, with its entrance about 50 meters above the ground. The cave is oval-shaped, covering an area of around 500 square meters. Inside, several massive collapsed rocks have divided the cave into several sections. The distance from the cave floor to the ceiling is about 6 meters. The eastern and southern walls of the cave feature oddly shaped stalactites, with multiple areas showing traces of “carbon black.” The cave is scattered with a large number of mammalian fossils. The interior remains very cool, with a significant temperature difference between the inside and outside.

Bian Zhangzi Town: Located in Bian Zhangzi Township, Longcheng District, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. The township government is based in Bian Zhangzi, with a population of 17,300 and an area of 111 square kilometers. It administers 13 village committees: Dafangshen, Huoshenmiao, Huangjindian, Xin Zhangzi, Bian Zhangzi, Gu Yingzi, Zhu Zhangzi, Duannmu, Wolong, Xinfang, -zi, Lin Zhangzi, and Xinglonggou.
