Yongchang Desheng Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Yongchang Desheng Temple, also known as -Temple, is located in the northwest corner of Guyingzi Village, Bianzhangzi Township. This temple is a family temple of the Han clan of the Mongolian ethnic group. It is believed that Yongchang Desheng Temple was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. The main hall is the "Ancestral Master Temple," the rear hall is the "Sakyamuni Hall," also known as the "Three Saints Buddha Hall." About 30 meters in front of the main hall is the "Four Heavenly Kings Hall," and about 20 meters southwest of the main hall is the "Guandi Temple." The temple complex includes a total of 42 Buddhist halls and main structures. The surrounding temple wall is 2.3 meters high and 200 meters long, covering a total area of 15,000 square meters.

The township government is seated in Bianzhangzi, with a population of 17,300 and an area of 111 square kilometers.
