Jianzhou City Site

The Jianzhou City Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Liaoning Province.

The Jianzhou City Site is located 100 meters south of Huanghuatan Village, Dapingfang Town, Longcheng District, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province.

It has a rectangular layout, stretching 1,000 meters from north to south and 800 meters from east to west, with a central east-west thoroughfare. The site is surrounded by rammed earth walls, most of which have been destroyed.

Protected area: with the center of the General’s Platform within the site as the reference point, the protected zone extends 400 meters east and west, and 500 meters north and south.

Construction control zone: a Class I construction control zone extends 500 meters beyond the protected area, and a Class II construction control zone extends 100 meters beyond the Class I zone.
