An Oboo, also called “Naobao” or “Ebo,” is a Mongolian transliteration meaning “pile.” In the hearts of herders,

the Oboo symbolizes the presence of the divine, passed down through generations, forming a deeply rooted faith.

At the Oboo Mountain of Hadamen Plateau Pasture,

we hold irregular sacrificial ceremonies to welcome your arrival and offer blessings.

During the ceremony, esteemed figures lead others in circumambulating the Oboo while chanting scriptures. You can also gather around the Oboo,

sharing your wishes and prayers,

seeking another form of spiritual solace.

Nomginjila Summer Camp – Nomadic Culture Experience Area —

A summer camp,

is where nomadic people graze their livestock during the summer.

The dirt road of the summer camp was once the essential route for camel caravans transporting goods,

and also the main passage for hunters traveling to and from their expeditions.

Many who love life and nature often exclaim: On a hot summer day, if you could head to a breezy highland summer camp, sit inside a yurt, lift the felt skirt, and let the cool breeze drift in, you’d feel refreshingly cool from head to toe — a sensation that’s truly beyond words.

Here, Hadamen Plateau Pasture will showcase the nomadic people’s animal husbandry and food culture. You can herd sheep,

tame horses, and even make various dairy products by hand. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nomadic culture.

Haosutugou Birch Valley —

Standing on the platform atop the Birch Valley, you’ll be captivated by the scenery before you: a forest of birches covering the entire valley, with white goats strolling among them. In autumn, golden leaves and golden grasses create a truly enchanting and alluring scene…

Descend along the 800-step staircase, and you’ll encounter yet another charming sight: mountain springs murmur softly. Cup your hands and take a sip — the water is sweet and refreshing, offering a gentle and soothing feeling. Look up, and you’ll see massive black rocks standing before you like two giant gates to the heavens. Come take a walk, have a look, and experience the striking contrast between tenderness and majesty.
