The Mengzi Russia Doll Scenic Area is an important part of the national 5A-level tourist attraction — the China-Russia Border Tourism Zone. Designed with the concept of integrating the history, culture, architecture, and folk customs of Mengzi and Russia, it is a large-scale Russian-style theme park that combines dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment. The scenic area includes six functional zones: the Doll World, Happy Zone, Doll Theater, Russian Folk Experience Hall, Russia-Mongolia Performance Theater, and Extreme Adventure Park. It offers the world-renowned Russian circus, dreamlike ballet performances, mysterious and fantastical water-screen live shows, the world’s largest Russia-themed doll hotel, over 30 modern high-tech amusement facilities, as well as direct-sale shops for Russian handicrafts and specialty foods... Endless highlights allow you to experience the free-spirited Eastern European culture of Russia and embark on a joy-filled journey.

The park covers a planned area of 1,300 mu, with a total investment of 1 billion RMB, and was completed and put into operation on July 1, 2016. In October of the same year, it successfully passed the national 5A-level tourist attraction evaluation, becoming the third 5A-level scenic spot in Inner Mongolia and the first in Hulunbuir. It has played a significant role in promoting the development of tourism and enhancing the visibility of Mengzi and even the Hulunbuir region, marking a new step forward in the growth of the city’s tourism industry.

Russian Folk Experience Hall: Showcasing Russian folk culture through thematic, simulated, scenographic, and performative elements, the hall presents a dazzling array of experiences including Russian bicycle tours, doll costume changes, and magical dress-up activities. These vividly display the rich and colorful charm of Russian culture, allowing you to experience unique Russian folk customs without leaving the country.

Dome Flight Cinema: Covering an area of 556 square meters, the Dome Flight Cinema features a unique suspended flight viewing mode. Its giant 16-meter-diameter dome extends beneath the audience's feet, providing complete visual immersion that makes viewers feel as if they are inside the scene. The highly realistic 6D film, enhanced by synchronized seat movements that match the content of the movie, showcases thrilling, spectacular, and awe-inspiring grand scenes.

The cinema’s self-developed film "Flying Over Mengzi" takes the eagle as its guide to offer audiences an immersive and beautifully wondrous flight journey across China, Russia, and Mongolia, delivering an unprecedented experience of crazy high-speed traversal and thrilling weightlessness.

Russian Circus: The Russia Circus performance theater in the Doll Scenic Area adopts the architectural style of Europe’s Baroque period and the circular layout of ancient Roman colosseums, with a diameter of over 70 meters. Equipped with top-tier facilities and advanced performance venues, it hosts international professional performers who deliver thrilling acts such as animal training, royal equestrian shows, and aerial acrobatics.
