Jalainur Museum

The project has a total investment of 80 million yuan, covering an area of 24,804 square meters with a total construction area of 8,320.5 square meters. Its overall design is elegant, with smooth lines, drawing inspiration from a Neolithic stone core. The structure consists of two floors above ground, one basement level, and parts of a second basement level. It features six exhibition areas: the Hulun Lake Ecological Wetland Exhibition Hall, the Hulunbuir Coal Exhibition Hall, the Jalainur History and Culture Exhibition Hall, the Underground Simulated Coal Mine Exhibition Hall, and two temporary exhibition halls. Currently, it displays over 1,100 exhibits and more than 580 specimens. The completion and operation of the museum fills a gap in the public cultural infrastructure of the Jalainur district. It is a major cultural project aimed at protecting and utilizing cultural relics, accelerating the development of the cultural tourism industry, and adds a significant highlight to the construction of the cross-border tourism base in the Manzhouli Key Development and Opening Pilot Zone.
