Yingde City Jinquan Temple

According to the Yingde County Annals, the ancient Jinquan Temple is located on Jinzishan Mountain, eight li north of Yingde City, Guangdong Province. It earned its name because a stone spring flowed into the monks' kitchen. The ancient Jinquan Temple was first built during the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty, boasting a history of over 400 years. Due to various historical reasons, the temple fell into disrepair. Now, with political stability, harmonious society, and national prosperity, and with the support of the government, the monastic community has appointed Monk Changshu to oversee the reconstruction of the ancient Jinquan Temple. The Yingde Jinquan Temple has been rebuilt on the temple grounds.
