The Guangdong Zhenyang Gorge Cultural Tourism Resort is located in Lianjiangkou, Yingde, China, covering an area of over 10,000 acres. It mainly consists of four sections: the Zhenyangfang Tourism Town, the Moon Bay Art Silicon Valley section, the Jiangkouzui Health and Wellness & Religious Culture section, and the high-end leisure resort area around the Xiaobeijiang Reservoir Bay.

The Zhenyang Gorge Cultural Tourism Resort site boasts abundant cultural, historical, and tourism resources, along with beautiful natural landscapes. From the Nanyue civilization of the Qin and Han dynasties, the golden waterways of the Tang and Song dynasties, to the urban transportation developments of modern times, it has profound historical roots. The area is home to numerous historical sites, including the Nanyue King's Ten-Thousand-People City, Kuipu Pass, the Armory, the Tuntian Office, the Jiangkouzui Caozhu Niangniang Temple, old towpaths, tow stones, ancient lychee plank roads, the Zhenyang Gorge Ancient Wharf, and the Canton–Hankow Railway.

The Zhenyangfang Tourism Town is the first phase project of the resort, serving as the main tourism and commercial center as well as the visitor distribution hub for the entire resort. It is also an immersive experience area for Lingnan culture and train culture, offering a serene environment for visitors to relax and socialize. The Zhenyangfang Town incorporates traditional Huizhou-style and Republican-era architecture, rooted in distinctive local train culture, Ying Stone culture, and Beijiang culture. It promotes elegant art that bridges ancient and modern times, gathering various themes and elements such as traditional craft workshops from northern Guangdong, a Beijiang River Fresh Seafood Street, and more. It achieves a perfect blend of classical ancient architectural styles with the picturesque scenery of the Beijiang River, featuring warm-themed streets, the ancient Nine-Course Feast, characteristic themed inn clusters, the refined Zhenyang Gorge Art Gallery, and a stylish yacht club.
