Grandma Tian's Field is located in a remote town in Yingde — situated in the southern part of the Yingde region, on the middle and upper reaches of Guangdong’s famous Feilaixia Reservoir. Although the scenery is unique, its remoteness has kept it undeveloped, thus preserving its pristine ecological environment. It is a rare spot for tourism and leisure in this commercialized era. Lixi Town: Lixi Town is located in the southern part of Yingde City, on the banks of the Beijiang River. Its coordinates are 113°15′ east longitude and 23°55′ north latitude. The town covers an area of 296 square kilometers. It governs 16 village committees and one neighborhood committee, with a population of 32,280. The town is situated at the junction of Yingde City, Fogang County, and Qingxin County. Due to the construction of the Feilaixia Water Control Project, the town center was relocated from the west bank of the Beijiang River to the east bank, now situated along the Yin-Ying Highway. The new town has taken initial shape, with a township population of over 13,000. The town was established in the second year of the Hongwu era (1396), under the Lixi Map of the Huaiyi District of Yingde County, as it was located within the jurisdiction of the Beijiang River...
