The Tangjiawan Rapeseed Flower Base is the largest rapeseed flower sea in Guangdong, covering an area of over 6,000 acres. Under the warm spring sunshine, the endless sea of golden flowers, along with the faintly visible ancient Hakka architectural complexes nestled within, has captivated countless visitors. With the early spring breeze in February, the rapeseed flowers in Yingde seem to bloom overnight—blooms cluster in bunches, bunches form branches, and branches spread into vast fields. The thousands of acres of blooming rapeseed flowers are truly enchanting. Within the scenic area, thousands of acres of rapeseed blossoms are in full bloom, creating a boundless golden ocean across the fields. When the breeze blows, the flowers sway gently, resembling undulating waves that rise and fall, continuously flowing toward visitors. From a distance, it looks like a “grassland” of flowers. This is the only rapeseed flower-themed tourist attraction in Guangdong. In early spring, the golden rapeseed flowers shine brilliantly under the sunlight, filling the air with their fragrant scent for miles around. “Clear springs, spring breezes, and floral aromas—this is a true painting of spring!” Through the golden sea of blooms, uniquely shaped, steep mountain peaks can be seen everywhere, as if hundreds of peaks lean eastward together like an army on the march. Amid the vast greenery, people can also be spotted tilling fields on the hillsides; meanwhile, the well-spaced, quaint Hakka architectural complexes reveal their rustic charm in the rural landscape.
