Beijiang River Cruise
The Beijiang River Cruise includes the Baimiao Wharf and the “May 1st” Wharf, each with over 40 cruise boats. The fishing village is located in the upper reaches of the Beijiang River in Qingyuan City, 13 kilometers from the city center and 3 kilometers from Feilai Temple. It is a pearl on the Xilu Entrance of the Feixia Scenic Area, situated above the Feilaixia Gorge.
The Yu Mountain Ancient Temple in Baimiao Fishing Village has many fascinating legends, adding even more mystique to this picturesque fishing village. The area features low-lying terrain, extensive water surfaces, a warm climate, and well-preserved vegetation, with lush bamboo forests dotting the landscape.
This scenic area is a tourist destination that combines the culture of Beijiang River fresh seafood cuisine with the charm of fishing life, presenting the fishing culture from multiple angles and in a comprehensive manner. It is also one of the popular spots for self-driving tours in Guangdong Province, having received 700,000 visitors in 2004.
