Shunying Ocean World is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Shunying•Ocean World is located on the fourth floor of Shunying Times Square, covering an area of 8,000㎡. It features eight themed exhibition halls and is a tourism-based educational project integrating sightseeing, interaction, experience, play, and science education. It is also the first ocean world science exhibition center in northern Guangdong.

Shunying Ocean World consists of five major exhibition areas and eight themes: marine biology education, cute animals, tropical rainforest landscapes, coral oceans, underwater tunnels, sea lions and seals, freshwater play zones, and amphibians and reptiles. With a new exhibition concept, it gradually introduces visitors to the ocean and its diverse life forms. This is also the first marine biology education exhibition center in northern Guangdong.

Exhibition Hall 1 – Underwater Tunnel

The underwater world features a deep-sea tunnel that is 39 meters long and 3.5 meters wide. Here, you can experience the awe of viewing over 1,000 species of marine life up close. Watching schools of fish perform magical feats in the tunnel—doesn't it feel dreamlike? Want something even more surreal? The tunnel houses a full seawater ocean restaurant where you can enjoy your meal while fully immersed in the real ocean, surrounded by marine life.

Exhibition Hall 2 – Coral Ocean

Feel as if you're in an underwater garden.

Coral Ocean is an internationally top-tier live coral conservation technology exhibition hall. It showcases over a thousand reef organisms from more than a hundred species around the world, vividly presenting the coral ecosystem of the ocean.

Step inside, and you might think you've entered a magical and tranquil underwater garden. Exotic rare fish appear quietly, colorful coral reefs bloom everywhere, and fish complement the coral in delightful ways... And how about that moray eel—scared you a bit?

Exhibition Hall 3 – Sea Lion & Seal Zone

Finally, you can shake hands with marine animals.

From September to October this year, the marine animal performance arena will introduce several lively, adorable, and intelligent sea lions and seals. If you visit this exhibition hall, they will interact with you through various performances. We guess: will they give my little hand a kiss?

These sea lions and seals are highly intelligent creatures, showcasing cool dance moves and performing various athletic stunts... They’re sure to bring endless laughter and joy.

Exhibition Hall 4 – Cute Animals Zone

Just one look will melt your heart.

Speaking of cute animals, which marine creature comes to mind first? Otters? Turtles? Or seabirds? The Cute Animals Zone has specially selected these three super adorable marine animals for close encounters in its first phase.

Look at how adorable they are... Honestly, did your heart just melt? Of course, the Cute Animals Zone will continue to update and upgrade later on, introducing more delightful marine animals for everyone. Stay tuned.

Exhibition Hall 5 – Amphibians & Reptiles Zone

Hiding in small boxes, yet kind of cute.

The Amphibians & Reptiles Zone is home to colorful chameleons, tiny but vivid green anacondas, precious axolotls, frogs with dazzling patterns and deadly toxins, a variety of turtles and terrapins, as well as fierce crocodiles...

Their names might sound scary, but they’re actually quite adorable. Each has its own little habitat, hiding in boxes and amusing themselves. We believe this amphibians and reptiles zone will definitely open your eyes.

Exhibition Hall 6 – Freshwater Play Zone

In the Amazon Freshwater Zone, you’ll find terrifying and fierce living fossils like the arapaima, colorful yet venomous stingrays, mysterious mangroves, and nearly a hundred species of fish found only in the Amazon River.

Aside from various fish, there’s also a fishing pool. Here, children can step into the pool and enjoy the fun of catching fish.

Exhibition Hall 7 – Tropical Rainforest Landscape

Step into the tropical rainforest landscape and immerse yourself in this incredibly unique environment. Listen to the sounds of insects, birds, and various frogs, and witness terrifying piranhas suddenly emerging before your eyes...

Theme Pavilion 8: Marine Life Science Exhibition Room – Explore and Discover the Infinite Mysteries of the Ocean World

In the exhibition room, you can get up close to a variety of rare deep-sea fish and shellfish specimens, and further explore the endless knowledge of the marine world.
