Bavaria Manor is situated in Heyuan City, known for its outstanding air quality. The manor is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and integrates both Eastern and Western cultures. Its colorful European-style buildings, castles, and windmills create a fairytale-like atmosphere, while traditional Hakka enclosed houses and solemn temples offer a sense of classic Chinese heritage. Here, you can also enjoy hot springs, amusement park rides, and watch exciting performances.

When visiting the manor, the focus is mainly on experiencing its various recreational activities. You can purchase a ticket that includes access to the Black Forest Amusement Park, where you can enjoy bumper cars, golf, skiing, cable cars, and more. If you're interested, you can also relax in the manor’s hot spring spa after your adventures. Alternatively, you can watch performances such as circus shows and song and dance programs, or visit the temples to pray for blessings. The manor also offers small villas for accommodation.

It is a manor that combines culture, tourism, health, and holiday living. Located in Gaopugang, Yuanzhou District, Heyuan City, it was constructed with an investment of 23 billion yuan by Heyuan Baden New City Investment Co., Ltd. (with an initial investment of 5.5 billion yuan). It was recommended as a key “dual-transfer” demonstration project by the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government in 2012, and was also listed as a key service construction project in Guangdong Province from 2012 to 2018.

Gaopugang Subdistrict: The state-owned Gaopugang Farm was established in 1959 and was under the direct administration of the Provincial Farm Reclamation Bureau. In 1969, it was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Huizhou Prefecture. After 1973, it came under the administration of Heyuan County as a separately managed unit. In 1981, it was designated by the former Heyuan County as an administrative and enterprise entity.
