Dahuzhen Town

Dahuzhen Town boasts abundant tourism resources. The scenic Gao’luo Bay features picturesque coastal forest belts resembling a turtle stretching its neck to drink water, as well as attractions such as the “Dade Mountain Madi Gorge Waterfall,” “Shipai Lion Mountain Ball,” and “Seaside Rock Formations.” A local saying goes: “The Luodi Mountain faces the Big Dipper, while Lion Mountain and Elephant Mountain guard the water’s mouth, and the Hollow Shell Mountain serves as an official seal — a truly spectacular sight.” In addition, there is the Dade Mazu Temple, originally built in the 10th year of the Jiajing reign during the Ming Dynasty (1531), and the ancient military site from the early Qing Dynasty where Su Cheng and Su Li stationed their troops, located in the hills of Gao’luo Xinzhai.
