Huizhou Hualian Tiandi
Huizhou Hualian Tiandi serves as a science education base.
Located in the CBD center of Jiangbei District, Huizhou, Huizhou Hualian Tiandi is the commercial component of Huizhou Hualian Center. With a total construction area of 150,000 square meters, it consists of one shopping mall, two office buildings, and six residential buildings. The project has a total investment of over 5 billion yuan and is composed of three types of properties: large-scale commercial spaces, premium-grade office buildings, and residential units. The shopping mall itself has two underground levels and five above-ground floors. Its business scope covers shopping centers, department stores, supermarkets, dining, culture, and leisure services. In terms of scale, grade, and investment volume, it surpasses Shenzhen's MixC.
Modeled after Beijing Hualian Center’s leading retail tenant, Shin Kong Place, and tailored to Huizhou’s actual conditions, the project plans to introduce nearly a hundred well-known domestic and international brands. Its operations will span all high-end fashion functions including shopping centers, department stores, supermarkets, dining, culture, and leisure services. It is reported that the mall will adopt the “lease-only, no-sale” holding operation model used at Beijing Hualian Center. Currently, the internationally renowned cinema chain, Golden Harvest, and BHG Supermarket have already signed contracts to enter Huizhou Hualian Tiandi. Additionally, several other high-end anchor stores and hundreds of brand merchants are currently under negotiation.
As the first project by Guohua Real Estate outside of Beijing, this development is essentially a replica of Beijing Hualian Center, planned and constructed according to its standards. Tailored to Huizhou’s actual conditions, it plans to introduce nearly a thousand well-known domestic and international brands, covering all high-end fashion functions including shopping centers, department stores, supermarkets, dining, culture, and leisure services.
Leveraging Huizhou Hualian Center’s strong resource integration capabilities and professional operational expertise in high-end urban complexes, along with Huizhou’s promising market potential, Huizhou Hualian Tiandi has attracted nearly a thousand renowned domestic and international brands. Over a hundred of these brands are making their first entry into Huizhou, while more than ten international brands are debuting in the Pearl River Delta economic zone for the first time.
Brands that excite fashion enthusiasts, such as Hugo Boss, Armani, Versace, Cerruti 1881, K&C, D’Urban, CK Jeans, and Guess, are almost all present. An unprecedented fashion feast is slowly unfolding in this gateway to eastern Guangdong. Prior to this, these brands were only available in high-end shopping malls of metropolitan-level cities. Among the first to appear will be Aquascutum, known as the “British Royal Tailor,” and Ashworth, the world’s top original golf apparel brand.
It is understood that Huizhou Hualian Tiandi has a total construction area of 150,000 square meters and is positioned as an all-functional urban fashion center. Modeled after Beijing Hualian’s Shin Kong Place, its business scope includes fashion, supermarkets, cinemas, dining, culture, and leisure services. Key anchor tenants include Guangdong East’s largest 3D digital cinema—Golden Harvest, BHG’s high-end boutique supermarket synchronized with Beijing Shin Kong Place, and classic Cantonese cuisine restaurant Dao Xiang, among six major anchor stores.
As a city in the eastern part of the Pearl River Delta and the gateway to eastern Guangdong, Huizhou has unique advantages in environmental resources, cultural assets, and geographical location. Looking ahead to Huizhou’s future, this “gateway to eastern Guangdong” urgently needs a uniquely charming urban complex to transform the city’s landscape, enhance its value and image, and become an internationally proud flagship of the city. It is precisely for this reason that Huizhou Hualian Center came into being.
At the intersection of the city’s history and reality, and through the inheritance and sublimation of its urban humanistic spirit, Huizhou Hualian Tiandi—as this massive commercial vessel—will join hands with nearly a thousand fashion brands to offer Huizhou a brand-new fashion experience. It aims to become a fashion trendsetter in the Pearl River Delta economic zone, carrying the glory and dreams of an entire city.
Huizhou Hualian Center brings together a 150,000-square-meter international fashion shopping mall (Huizhou Hualian Tiandi), two 5A-grade intelligent office towers (Huizhou Hualian Building), six super-high-rise luxury residences (Platinum Mansion), a luxurious CLUB, and a nearly 20,000-square-meter central garden plaza, creating a highly influential landmark metropolitan complex in the Pearl River Delta economic zone. Alongside the soft opening of Huizhou Hualian Tiandi, the Hualian office buildings and Platinum Mansion also made their grand debut in April.
