Xiaojing Bay

Covering a coastal area of 2.7 million square meters, Xiaojing Bay has transformed a vast expanse embracing boundless skies, mountains, forests, rivers, and seas into a high-end coastal resort destination. Located in the Xiachong area of Huidong, Xiaojing Bay is about 15 kilometers from Aotou and faces Xunliao Bay of Huidong across the sea. It is approximately 200 kilometers from Guangzhou. Travelers can reach Xiaojing Bay by taking the Guangzhou–Shenzhen Expressway, the Jiguang Expressway, and the Huizhou–Shenzhen Expressway, then exiting at the Xiaojing Bay interchange. The drive takes around two and a half to three hours without traffic — a convenient distance and duration ideal for weekend getaways.

Xiaojing Bay consists of resort-style apartment complexes, hotels, a bar street, a beach, and the sea. The waters here are unpolluted, crystal-clear, and a deep blue, with surfaces so clean they appear spotless. The bay features “Ten-Mile Silver Beach”-like stretches, with a crescent-shaped shoreline extending three kilometers long. The beach is covered in fine, soft, and extremely pure sand. The architecture of the residential communities or hotels is modern, grand in appearance, yet refined in detail. Here, you can witness the scene of “distant green hills in view, the red sun rising from the water.”

The leisure path next to the community runs along the northern edge of the residential area and the southern edge of the beach. The environment along the path is quite beautiful and tranquil. Xiaojing Bay features a commercial street with supermarkets, dessert shops, restaurants, and more. The area near the seaside is mainly lined with bars. When night falls, the bar street comes alive.
